Helping is about
more than just
being supportive.
I believe that more deeply understanding yourself, your relationships, and your history creates an opportunity to live a happier and more fulfilling life. Together, my patients and I co-create a space in which they can explore parts of themselves and their relationships that feel unsatisfying, chaotic, and painful. I offer both companionship and leadership as we compassionately examine the parts of you that wish to be known and the parts that wish to hide. My values drive my practice of therapy, highest among them being a steadfast orientation toward truth and integrity, as well as a deep commitment to my patients’ well being.
I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist in NYC for over 12 years and have worked extensively with individuals, teens, couples, and families. I was educated at Fordham University and received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I am licensed in NY and NJ.
